What does the dual screen actually show?
Both lenses at once. A wide establishing view of the scene and a closer view of the same ground, visible together in one screen rather than switched between.
Where should I mount it?
High enough that the wide lens covers the approach to the property and the second lens has something worth zooming into. Angle it away from streetlights and porch lights that would wash out the night image.
Do I need to set up port forwarding?
No. P2P connection handles remote viewing, so you can open the camera in the iCSee app without touching your router settings.
Does it come ready to record?
Two configurations are offered: the camera on its own, or the camera with a 64GB card included so it records from the moment it is mounted.
What keeps it reliable outdoors?
A clean lens housing. Wipe it a few times a year, since dust and spider webs across the glass are the most common cause of false motion alerts on outdoor cameras.
