Shipping is free on every order. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days and sent with tracked delivery.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States. We are not able to ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order value and no handling fee.

Processing Time

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed after 5pm ET, on a weekend, or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery

Every order is sent with tracked delivery, and you will receive a tracking link by email once your order is on its way. Transit time is 6 to 9 business days, so the total delivery time is 7 to 12 business days from the day the order was made. Your tracking link is the most accurate way to receive updates once the order has shipped.

Carrier delays, weather and other events outside our control can affect delivery times.

Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you need to correct it, email us as soon as possible. We can usually update the address if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Delays, Tracking Problems and Lost Packages

If your tracking has not updated, or your package has not arrived, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate it or determine the appropriate next step.

Damaged, Incorrect or Incomplete Deliveries

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or with missing components, contact us with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging, and we will make it right. Full details are in our refund policy.
