Most connected devices are designed to be noticed. Blinking lights, glossy plastic, a logo on every surface. They solve a real problem, and then they sit in the corner of a room reminding you they are there. Valen & Co exists for the opposite reason: to find the pieces that do their job quietly and then let the house be the house.
What we sell
Cameras for inside and outside the home, monitors for the nursery, and a small, growing range of connected devices for everyday use. Wired, battery, and solar. Simple single-lens cameras and detailed pan-and-tilt models. Enough range to cover a home properly, and not much more.
How we choose
We keep the range small on purpose. Every product is selected the same way: restrained form and neutral finish, so it reads as part of the room rather than an addition to it. Setup you can complete yourself in an afternoon. A clear, honest specification. If a product is only impressive on paper, it doesn't make the cut.
We list what each product actually does, and we leave out what it doesn't.
How we talk about it
We would rather show you a product properly than talk you into it. Our pages lead with photography and a plain description of what you are buying. No countdown clocks, no invented scarcity, and no scare stories about what might happen to your home. You already know why you want a camera. Our job is to help you choose one you'll be happy to look at every day.
Where we are
Valen & Co is based in the United States and ships within the US. Orders are dispatched with tracked delivery, and there is a person at the other end of every email.
